- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the worst costumer service I've ever had at an eye place. When you pay out of pocket for surgery, cash, and it covers all post op visits then they still bill you. The receptionist's are uneducated and rude. They don't even know their own policies. Every month I call and kindly remind them I already paid in advance. Today I was not so kind.... Apparently they can still bill you if they mix their words correctly. The doctor was incredible. Which is very very sad.January 17, 2017by Mellisa Hernandez
